Holistic Coaching Program

3-month Intensive Coaching Program 

A package of 12 x1-hour Coaching Sessions plus a 1.5 hour kick-off call, homework, meditations, personal affirmations and mantras, breath work, and 24-hour support via e-mail (during business hours), Facebook or WhatsApp.
