Chakra Balancing and Energy Healing Session (Remote)

A session starts with an evaluation and a body scan and to find out what the symptoms are, how long the person has been feeling them, where the pain/pressure points are, the type of pain, and what kind of medication or holistic alternative they have tried.  Most problems come from blocked chakras (the 7 energy centers of our body) when the flow of energy is stagnant in the body and is unable to be released. Helping to balance one also helps to bring and keep the others in balance.

Our seven main chakra start from the base of the spine (root chakra) through to the top of the head (crown chakra). Each chakra corresponds to massive nerve centers and major organs in the body. Each of the 7 main chakras also contain our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. 

I use tools such as smudging, essential oils, herbs or crystals to clear any blockages in form of fear, anger, aggression or trauma.  These emotions can manifest as physical pain in the body and disrupt the natural flow of energy and prevent a natural energetic state. Harmonizing each chakra also helps to bring and keep the others into balance .

My goal is to get your circulation moving, restore your body’s natural healing state and cleanse your auric field from any unwanted pain or negative energy that trapped in your body.
