Christina's Personal Journey To Freedom
Growing up, I was an anxious child who learned early to look outward for safety and approval rather than inward for guidance. I became a people-pleaser and a perfectionist, constantly trying to get things right, keep the peace, and meet expectations — often at the expense of my own needs.
For years, I gave far more than I received. I didn’t know how to set healthy boundaries or support myself in a sustainable way. Instead, I pushed through, ignored my limits, and relied on coping habits that kept me disconnected from myself. I had deep compassion for others, even those who treated me poorly, yet very little kindness for myself. Self-judgment quietly shaped many of my choices.
Despite years of therapy and personal development work, I felt stuck in an ongoing inner battle. My mind often worked against me rather than with me, and something within me knew there had to be another way. I reached a point where I no longer wanted to fight myself — I wanted to feel free.
That turning point led me toward holistic healing and a more embodied way of living. Through mindfulness, meditation, and nervous-system work, I began to slow down, listen inward, and build a healthier relationship with myself.
In 2023, I relocated to Ireland to open my own practice and bring everything I had learned into my work with clients. Creating a grounded, peaceful space allowed me to support others in reconnecting with themselves in a safe and compassionate way.
Today, I no longer live in self-judgment or self-punishment. I live from a place of awareness, compassion, and trust — and it is from this place that I now support others on their own healing journeys.
