Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of guided hypnosis (spoken words) that is achieved with the help of a Hypnotherapist. It uses guided relaxation and suggestion to help allow patients to reach a state of deep relaxation.

There is a common misconception and fear around Hypnosis...

that it involves the loss of control with the Hypnotherapist gaining complete control over the person being hypnotised. The reality is that during hypnosis, an individual is fully aware and in total control of their thoughts, actions, and behaviors.

Once in a relaxed and comfortable state, the nervous system is more receptive to positive suggestions from the therapist. This can be used to help address a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, stress, panic attacks, fears, pain management, and more. This trance-like state is like being absorbed in music, movies, or a book. It can rewire the nervous system. It can help managing stress levels and let go of blocked, stuck and unprocessed emotions.

I work with personal affirmations which I repeat several times during the Hypnosis. You can either sit or lay down for the session. Some of my clients prefer to lay down as I incorporate energy healing (Reiki) into the session. I offer a holistic approach to healing and work only with the highest form of energies. After each session, my clients have the opportunity to pull an affirmation card for guidance and support.
