Hypnotherapy should be used as part of a comprehensive weight loss plan that includes dietary changes, physical activity, and other behavioral strategies. It can be used to help with weight loss where positive suggestions and imagery are used to help change behaviors related to eating and physical activity. Hypnotherapy works by reprogramming the subconscious mind, making you more open to self-improvement.
We will focus on:
Behavioral Change: Healthier eating, smaller portions, more physical activity.
Emotional Eating: Addressing stress and emotional factors in overeating.
Self-Esteem and Motivation: Boosting confidence and motivation for a healthy lifestyle.
This 8 week program includes:
Weekly 8x 1 hour sessions plus check-ins via Zoom or phone up 30 minutes.
Guidance on what to eat, how much to eat, and how to make healthier food choices.
Recommendations for regular exercise e.g walking, yoga, ect.
Techniques to help change eating and activity habits, such as self-monitoring, goal setting, stress management, and coping strategies for emotional eating.
Regular check-ins and support to provide motivation, track progress, and offer guidance. This could be in person, over the phone, or online.
Information on nutrition, exercise, and healthy living to empower individuals to make lasting changes.
Note: Session can vary from 60 minutes to 70 minutes as there might be some energy work like Reiki healing involved.
I recommend booking a minimum of 8-12 sessions to develop a positive mindset in order to produce results and for your body to adjust as well.
