Emerge: Rise up, heal, and shine Online Community

This monthly community costs 35€ a month. It includes a biweekly 90-minute Zoom class, weekly journal prompts, and recorded meditations/ hypnosis, and access to our WhatsApp group. You will also have access to my private Facebook group. You can cancel your membership at any time. Don’t worry if you can’t make it live to the class. I will send out the recording afterwards. You will receive a Zoom link the day before our event via Email. Please keep an eye out in your inbox or your Spam folder! 

My intention is to hold the space for a lovely group of like-minded souls who are interested in healing, personal development, and mindfulness. 

I want this to become a safe online space for people where they can feel comfortable talking about the things they struggle with. A space for practising self-care and self-love while sharing what's on our hearts and minds. You can also just listen in. Whatever makes you feel comfortable and works for you is totally fine. Every month, we'll be talking about another topic and I will lead you into meditation in order to release all the stress and worries from your day. We will then have time to share our experiences and journal together. Each week, we focus on a different topic. There is no strict script but rather letting our hearts and minds be open and receptive to whatever happens during our time together as a group. Each class is intuitively prepared in advance according to the moon cycle. 

I strongly believe in the power of a circle of like-minded souls who enjoy learning about mindfulness, and personal development in order to improve their relationships with themselves and others. It's a safe space for you to listen in, talk, share or just be with us in the moment. You can cancel your membership at anytime.

I am going to be doing a guided hypnosis each week and will pull some oracle or affirmation cards for the group. I can't wait to talk about all of my favourite things.
