Holistic Coaching Program

3-month Intensive Program via Zoom

A package of 12 x1-hour Coaching Sessions plus a 1.5 hour kick-off call, homework, meditations, personal affirmations and mantras, breath work, and 24-hour support via e-mail (during business hours), Facebook or WhatsApp.

In addition to the 13 coaching sessions, the program can include the following: 

• Reiki Healing Session
• Mentoring
• Guided meditation
• Breath Work/ Tapping (EFT) 
• Trauma Release Therapie (e.g. EMDR/Hypnosis)  
• ThetaHealing Coaching Session
