The Holistic Approach

I believe in treating a client as a whole in order to bring the emotional, physical and spiritual back into alignment. Together we are looking at every aspect of your life in relation to the whole. We not only look at your symptoms we focus on the root cause behind your symptoms. A holistic approach focuses on a person’s well-being and bringing them back into alignment.

Coaching

Coaching is a powerful way of bringing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being into alignment. It affects every aspect of your life – body, mind, and spirit – in relation to the whole. It can help you tap into your full potential, activate your superpowers such as your unique gifts and talents and make transformational and long-lasting changes.

Meditation

Meditation strengthens the body-mind connection can help you to improve and reduce a number of symptoms such as stress, fatigue, brain fog, depression or anxiety. It can improve your quality of sleep and can help you to become more aware and focused. It calms your nervous system and helps you to relax. Meditation has been practised in different cultures all over the world for thousands of years. A lot of religions for example Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Islam have a tradition of using meditation as a form of focus attention.

Affirmation

An affirmation is a powerful “I am” statement to empower yourself and embrace change in your thought process by focusing on a specific positive declaration. Affirmations can help you overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When repeating your “I am” statement often, and believing in it, you can start to make positive changes in your life and create a positive and hopeful outlook.

Prayer

Prayer is a beautiful way of to give up your worries and release them. People pray for different reasons including thanking, asking for help, guidance and direction or ask for forgiveness. Daily prayer can strengthen your relationship with yourself God and bring more peace to your life. Prayer can work miracles.

The keys to self-love

Three of the simplest ways that you can learn to love yourself

Everyone wants to be and deserves to be loved, including you. Self-care and self-love go hand in hand, so it’s important to honour our bodies, feed our minds with positive thoughts and affirmations, and embrace what makes our soul sing with joy.

Train yourself to set healthy boundaries with others this year - it is the key to a healthy and balanced relationship with yourself. Loving yourself enough to say ‘no’ when you need to, and honouring your values is a great place to start.

1 . Self-care

Taking time for yourself is so important. We need to make sure we nourish our body, mind and soul every day by moving our gorgeous bodies, eating nourishing foods, drinking plenty of water, meditating or going for walks to clear our minds.

Affirmation:
I am committed to taking the time I need for myself today.

2. Compassion

Be compassionate towards yourself and others and give yourself some credit where it's due. Often, we drain ourselves by giving out so much compassion for others and very little for ourselves. Practise self-compassion and make it a priority to be kind to yourself this year.

Affirmation:
I am committed to loving and supporting myself even in moments of darkness.

3. Self-acceptance

Embrace all the things that are unique about you. Cherish and love the beautiful things that make you different, for this is what makes you, you. You are perfect the way you are. You are a gift from the Universe. You are worthy of the same love that you give to others.

Affirmation:

I am committed to accepting who I am and loving every part of myself.
