 A deep dive into your goals, habits, emotional landscape, and lifestyle. This session sets the foundation for your transformation.

 

 ✨ 8x Weekly 1-Hour Sessions

 Available in-person or on Zoom—or a combination.

Each session includes hypnotherapy, mindset coaching, and (when needed) supportive energy work such as Reiki.

 

 ✨ Weekly 20-Minute Check-In

 Stay on track with quick support calls or Zoom chats for motivation, accountability, and guidance.

 

 ✨ Personalized Hypnosis Recordings

 Listen at home to reinforce your new habits and deepen your results between sessions.

 

 Additional Program Support

 You will also receive:

  • Guidance on healthy eating: what to eat, how much, and how to make nourishing choices without feeling deprived.
  • Exercise recommendations: gentle, realistic activities such as walking, yoga, stretching, or movement you enjoy.
  • Behavior change techniques: goal-setting, self-monitoring, stress management, and strategies for emotional eating.

 Note: Some sessions may extend to 60–70 minutes when including energy work such as Reiki healing.
